The scientific literature indicates that Hypein is responsible for endothelial dysfunction (ED), hypercholesterolemia, concentric remodeling of the left ventricle, and systemic arterial hypertension [for the prevalence of endothelin-1 (ET-1) on nitric oxide secretion (NO), the activation of the sympathetic nervous system, and the anti-natriuretic effect] [6,9] (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene EDN1 and Hypercholesterolemia.
