In patients with and without orchitis, when examining the descriptive values of acute phase reactants, inflammatory markers, and biochemical parameters, it was found that WBC, neutrophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, hemoglobin, platelet, CRP, NLR, SII, SIRI, creatinine, AST-ALT levels were high in patients with orchitis, but only the average hemoglobin and AST-ALT levels were significantly higher (p = 0.008, p = 0.034, p = 0.04). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is orchitis.
