In short, through bioinformatics analysis, as well as qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, this study found that TOP2A, AURKA, CCNA2 were overexpressed and IGFBP5 was low expression in cervical cancer, which might be potential tumor markers and further research is needed to confirm their clinical value. The gene discussed is IGFBP5; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
