CSF3 and myelodysplastic syndrome: Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is the long-term option and the only radical treatment to save the life of SCN patients.[27–29] It can cure cancers of the blood system and congenital and acquired diseases of the hematopoietic system.[30] HSCT is currently the only treatment option for patients who do not respond to G-CSF and those who develop MDS/AML.[31] The cases after the symptomatic treatment of G-CSF are still repeated infection.
