Several non-randomized phase 1/2 or 2 studies have confirmed the efficacy of oral pan-FGFR or FGFR2 inhibitors in patients with advanced CCA harboring FGFR2 fusions or rearrangements who had previously undergone at least one line of systemic therapy [29,30,31,32,33]. This evidence concerns the gene FGFR2 and cholangiocarcinoma.
