The construction of albumin nanospheres containing photosensitizer-IR780 in the core and cGAS-STING/producer H2S-ZnS agonists on the shell (IR780-ZnS@HSA), through induction of pyroptosis, activation of the cGAS-STING signaling pathway, and stimulation of the immune response, can lead to inhibition of tumor growth and improved efficacy of anti-PD-L1 antibody immunotherapy, being an innovative therapeutic strategy in TNBC. The gene discussed is ALB; the disease is neoplasm.
