In this study, oxidative stress in the liver induced by CIS-exposure has been predicted to cause inflammation as noticed by downregulation of IL-10 and significant upregulation of IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α in the hepatic tissue, as well as apoptosis, which is confirmed by overexpression of hepatic caspase-3 immune stain. The gene discussed is IL6; the disease is in situ carcinoma.
