The findings of the IVW method revealed that elevated levels of IL-13 (OR = 1.202, 95% CI = 1.018–1.422, p = 0.030), IL-18R1 (OR = 1.029, 95% CI = 1.029–1.157, p = 0.004), tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14 (TNFSF14) (OR = 1.159, 95% CI = 1.018–1.320, p = 0.026) and TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE) (OR = 1.111, 95% CI = 1.016–1.214, p = 0.020) were suggestively correlated with an increased risk of AD. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF14 and Alzheimer disease.
