In addition, the IVW method showed T-cell surface glycoprotein CD5 (CD5) (OR = 0.766, 95% CI = 0.643–0.912, p = 0.003), C-X-C motif chemokine (CXCL) 11 (OR = 0.853, 95% CI = 0.731–0.995, p = 0.043), CXCL9 (OR = 0.727, 95% CI = 0.607–0.871, p = 5.35e-04) and Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3LG) (OR = 0.873, 95% CI = 0.763–0.998, p = 0.047) were associated with the decreased risk of AD. Here, CXCL9 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
