While the IVW method did not yield uniformly conclusive results, alternative methodologies, specifically the MR Egger (OR = 1.160, 95% CI = 1.021–1.317, p = 0.034) and the WM method (OR = 1.183, 95% CI = 1.051–1.332, p = 0.005), suggested potential correlations implicating TNFSF14 with a heightened risk of AD.
