CTNNB1 and neoplasm: Based on the prognostic information of tumor samples in the training set, univariate Cox regression analysis (p < 0.05) was performed on 49 differentially expressed inflammation-related genes in HCC, and 16 genes significantly related to the prognosis of HCC were screened out (C3, CASP3, CTNNB1, CYBC1, and DNASE1L3), (IRAK1, RELA, SERPINE1, SPP1, TGFB1, TNIP1, TTR, UBA1, UBAC2, UBE2L3, and VEGFA), as shown in Figure 1E.
