Depletion of DIAPH3, as identified by Reis-Sobreiro et al., prompts nuclear instability and confers an amoeboid-like phenotype to PCa cells, fostering tumor cell propagation and migration (Morley et al., 2014; Reis-Sobreiro et al., 2018). The gene discussed is DIAPH3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
