In conclusion, mutated genes in GI MALT lymphoma frequently affect epigenetic regulation, tumor suppression, signaling pathways such as (BCR/NF-κB, notch), etc. Moreover, mutated genes in Hp-negative gastric MALT lymphoma frequently affect chromatin remodeling (ARID2), and we concluded that ARID2 may have a critical role in Hp-negative gastric MALT lymphoma’s development. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and neoplasm.
