CD19 and cancer: CD19-targeted cancer immunotherapies including monoclonal antibodies (mAbs; such as tafasitamab), T-cell-redirecting bispecific antibodies (TRBAs; such as blinatumomab), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs; such as loncastuximab tesirine), and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells have created different trajectories in the fight against CD19-associated oncological indications [2–4].
