In colon cancer, many types of immune cell infiltration (especially macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic cells, CD4+ T cells, and CD8+ T cells) were positively correlated with CTHRC1 expression, while a few types of immune cells, including Th17 cells and NK CD56 bright cells, were negatively correlated with CTHRC1 expression (Figure 5A and 5B). Here, CD8A is linked to colonic neoplasm.
