Overall, our results suggest that DE 354 miRNAs, including miR-4261, miR-126-5p, miR-411-5p, miR-612, miR-504-3p, and miR-3687, and mRNA of the ATN1, GEMIN4, EFNA5, CSMD2, CREBBP, ATXN1, and B3GNT2 genes may play a pivotal role in NDs, including HD pathogenesis.
