Similarly, supernatant from GSC0514 (Fig. 3C; p < 0.0001) and J3T Bg (Fig. 3E; p < 0.0001) canine glioma cell lines induced a robust increase in Treg chemotaxis (32.2% and 54.03%, respectively), which was mitigated by addition of anti-CCL2 antibody (Fig. 3C, GSC0514 p = 0.006; Fig. 3E, J3T Bg p = 0.0001). This evidence concerns the gene CCL2 and central nervous system cancer.
