Strikingly, Treg chemotaxis toward glioma cell supernatant was abolished following pre-treatment with CCR4 inhibitor (Fig. 3C, GSC0514 p < 0.0001; Fig. 3E, J3T Bg p < 0.0001), as well as combination treatment with an anti-CCL2 antibody and CCR4 inhibitor (Fig. 3C, GSC0514 p < 0.0001; Fig. 3E, J3T Bg p < 0.0001).
