Immunohistochemistry showed tumor cells expressing EMA, CK7, CEA, CD10, GCDFP-15, CerB-2 (+ +), Ki67 ~ 10% (+), approximately 10% PD-1–positive expression of lymphocytes, PD-L1 tumor cells (−), HER-2 amplification by Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) (Supplementary Figure 2), CK5/6 (−), ER (−), and Progesterone receptor (PR) (−).
