Immunofluorescence staining showed that USP53 and ZMYND11 were co-localized in breast cancer cells, and Co-IP assay showed that the two could bind to each other, and both could still bind after the mutation of the active center of USP53, accompanied by the increase of the ubiquitination level of ZMYND11. This evidence concerns the gene ZMYND11 and breast carcinoma.
