Bioinformatics analysis found that there were correlations between the expression of USP53 and the activity of transcriptional coregulators in breast cancer, especially a significant positive correlation between the expressions of USP53 and zinc finger MYND-type containing 11 (ZMYND11), moreover, breast cancer patients with low expression of ZMYND11 also showed a worse prognosis than those with high expression. Here, USP53 is linked to breast carcinoma.
