The downregulation of Wnt pathway-related proteins such as Wnt5a/b, DVL2, LRP-6, and phosphorylated LRP-6 upon POLR3G knockdown was further confirmed by Western blotting, indicating that POLR3G may affect bladder cancer behavior through the Wnt signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene WNT5A and urinary bladder carcinoma.
