According to the 2022 WHO/ICC classification, the term “myeloid/lymphoid neoplasms with eosinophilia and rearrangement of PDGFRA, PDGFRB, or FGFR1, or with PCM1::JAK2” has been replaced with MLN-TK to specify the underlying molecular genetic changes and to include cases with ETV6::ABL1, FLT3 fusions, or other tyrosine kinase (TK) gene fusions [2, 4, 16]. Here, MLN is linked to lymphoid neoplasm.
