Regarding trans-pQTLs, our results suggest that trans-pQTLs of FSHB, RSPO3 and SEZ6L2 may be positively associated with EM risk, whereas trans-pQTLs of EPHB4 may have a negative association with EM risk (Supplementary Tables S8–S10). This evidence concerns the gene RSPO3 and erythema multiforme.
