Per standard deviation increase in genetically predicted levels of protein, the OR of skin cancer ranged from 0.44 (95% CI = 0.28–0.69) for splicing factor 3B subunit 4 (SF3B4) to 1.50 (95% CI = 1.18–1.91) for Syntaxin-8 (STX8) (Supplementary Figure S1; Supplementary Table S2).
