BCC, malignant neoplasms of the skin, and gastrointestinal endpoints (KELA_REIMBURSEMENT_202) emerged as the three most significant phenotypes out of 9,621 protein-phenotype pairs, which were significantly associated with RNASET2 in the UKB-PPP study (Figure 4A; Supplementary Table S13). The gene discussed is RNASET2; the disease is skin basal cell carcinoma.
