In a cohort comprising primary tumors from 208 patients with lung cancer, we measured the number of CD66b+ neutrophils and the expression of CXCL5, p-PXN, PD-L1, GM-CSF, CD8, PD-1, and T cell immunoglobulin-3 (TIM-3). This evidence concerns the gene HAVCR2 and lung carcinoma.
