CD274 and lung cancer: To further elucidate the role of the CXCL5-PD-L1 axis in mediating CD8+ T cell infiltration, we conducted a chemotaxis experiment and found that KD-CXCL5 or KD-PD-L1 indeed enhanced the chemotaxis of CD8+ T cells (Fig. 1H), which may represent an important mechanism regulating antitumor immunity in lung cancer.
