In the R group, Macro_FOLR2 + APOE+ was involved in the NK-mediated immune response; Mono_CD16 showed negative regulation of tumor-promoting NF-κB activity and upregulation of macrophage tolerance induction, which protects the host from chronic exposure to inflammatory mediators39; and Mono_INHBA demonstrated positive regulation of both IL-4 and IL-1αproduction, which together trigger anti-tumoral Th9 cell differentiation40 (Supplementary Fig. 11).
