ERK phosphorylation (MAPK‐pT202‐Y204) in the MAPK pathway was not significantly affected in any cancer type (Fig. S4), and the ERK2 protein level was affected only in OV, and also affected in BRCA and UCEC in the absence of RAS gene mutations (Figs S5 and S6). The gene discussed is MAPK1; the disease is cancer.
