As shown in the forest plot, high RFC4 expression was a risk factor for patients and significantly predicted prognostic outcome in GBMLGG, KIPAN, ACC, LIHC, KICH, KIRC, LGG, KIRP, PAAD, LUAD, PCPG, PRAD and MESO patients, while it had a protective effect on patients in DLBC, OV and CESC (Figure S3A). This evidence concerns the gene RFC4 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
