We analysed RFC4 mRNA expression in 33 tumours from the TCGA database and found that RFC4 was significantly decreased in 23 types of cancers, including GBM, GBMLGB, LGG, CESC, LUAD, COAD, COADREAD, BRCA, ESCA, STES, KIRP, KIPAN, STAD, PRAD, UCEC, HNSC, KIRC, LUSC, LIHC, READ, PCPG, BLCA, KICH and CHOL (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene RFC4 and cancer.
