BAP1 and pleural mesothelioma: The most frequent genomic alterations are BAP1, CDKN2A, NF2, followed by TP53, SETD2, DDX3X, ULK2, RYR2, CFAP45, SETDB1, and DDX51. BAP1 IHC loss is present in ~ 60% of pleural mesothelioma (PM) and should be at least run for prognosis and as a potential therapeutic target.
