SLC7A11 and hepatocellular carcinoma: Therefore, in this study, we aimed to elucidate whether PART1 is involved in the regulation of ferroptosis in HCC cells by modulating the miR-490-3p/SLC7A11 axis and affecting the sensitivity to sorafenib, which may provide an important theoretical basis for understanding the mechanism of HCC progression and ferroptosis, as well as providing a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of HCC.
