Receptor interaction has been shown to have a critical role in the development of cancer and the production of metastases.[40,41] Studies have also been reported in BC the ECM-receptor interaction pathway plays a role in the development of BC and may be involved in the progression of BC.[42] An essential signaling pathway in tumors is the PI3K-Akt pathway, and a variety of tumor development is associated with this pathway,[43–45] and has been demonstrated to play a part in the onset of BC in BC.[46,47]. The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is breast cancer.
