CD8A and intracranial hypertension: The former study indicated that subpopulations of lymphocytes, like CD4+ lymphocytes, and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes in the peripheral blood may be valuable predictors of intracranial hypertension in ICH patients.[7] The potential role of CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes as prognostic indicator in ICH was not explored yet.
