The results demonstrated that, except for INT subunits, there were 19 genes, including INTS6L, C7orf26, POLR2B, POLR2G, POLR2L, POLR21B, POLR2J, PPP2CB, ZMYND8, POLR2H, POLR2D, POLR2C, ZNF592, NAIF1, ZNF687, CTDP1, INIP, NABP1, and NABP2, associated with regulatory functions of aberrantly expressed INT subunits in GC patients (Figure 6b). This evidence concerns the gene POLR2B and gastric cancer.
