Among them, 15 m7G regulator genes exhibited marked differential expression in brain tissues, with six of them (CYFIP1, LSM1, NCBP2, NUDT16, NUDT3, and QKI) being upregulated in patients with AD, and nine of them (DCPS, LARP1, METTL1, NUDT10, EIF4E, EIF4E2, EIF4E3, NUDT11, and SNUPN) were downregulated compared to nonAD samples. This evidence concerns the gene SNUPN and Alzheimer disease.
