Huang et al. [63] pointed out that the oncogene miR-181 correlates positively with CLIC4, while the tumor-suppressing gene miR-10a correlates negatively with CLIC4, indicating that CLIC4 could be a novel and potential adverse prognostic factor and therapeutic target for CN-AML (cytogenetically normal AML) warrants further investigation.
