Thus, the aim of the study was to investigate the effectsof amisulpride in mice with experimentally induced expressionof the Tau[R406W] gene (using an adeno-associatedviral construct in vivo) in the prefrontal cortex on short-termmemory and on the expression of genes that are involved inthe development of tauopathy (Htr7 and Cdk5), as well as thegene of BDNF and its receptors (Ntrk2 (encodes TrkB) andNgfr (encodes p75NTR)). The gene discussed is NTRK2; the disease is tauopathy.
