Additionally, based on distinct patterns of FRG expressions identified through our analysis approach, we classified two molecular subtypes within the population of CML patients: subtype C1, characterized by a higher proportion of CD8+ T cell infiltration and elevated immune checkpoint gene expressions suggesting immunosuppression; these patients are predicted to exhibit greater sensitivity towards TKI treatments compared to subtype C2.
