IDH1 and cholangiocarcinoma: Indeed, ivosidenib and enasidenib, inhibitors of mIDH1 and mIDH2, respectively, have been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for treatment of either IDH-mutant leukemias (enasidenib, ivosidenib) and/or IDH-mutant cholangiocarcinomas (ivosidenib), raising the question as to whether mIDH inhibitors may also demonstrate efficacy in IDH-mutant gliomas.
