The results of ROC showed that TYMP (AUC = 0.964), LAP3 (AUC = 0.914), ADGRL2 (AUC = 0.98), SIL1 (AUC = 0.936), LMO7 (AUC = 0.856), SULF1 (AUC = 0.96), ANXA3 (AUC = 0.798), and PACSIN3 (AUC = 0.747) had high accuracy in predicting tuberculosis (Figure 6B).
