To obtain data for comparison with our hypothesis-testing simulations, we used a genetically engineered mouse model of EGFR-L858R-driven lung adenocarcinoma, as described in Hill et al. [8] (Rosa26LSL-tTa/LSL-tdtomato; TetO-huEGFRL858R mice; referred to as ET mice). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and lung adenocarcinoma.
