As shown in Figure 11, overexpression of PRKCI enhanced the level of SQSTM1, p-mTOR, and p-AKT and inhibited the level of LC3B-II, indicating that overexpression of PRKCI could enhance the level of SQSTM1 and inhibit the level of autophagy through the Akt-mTOR pathway in osteosarcoma cells.
