Proteomic KEGG pathway enrichment analysis revealed that compared to the significant changes in IBD and proinflammatory pathways [nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways] in Yorkshire pigs, IBD and related proinflammatory pathways (NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways) remained inactive in Min pigs (Fig. 1D and F and Fig. S1).
