CD8A and neoplasm: In this study, we detected the proportion of infiltrative CD8+ T cells in tumor tissues using flow cytometry and the results are shown in Fig. 10c, the number of CD8+ T cells in the tumor tissues of tumor-bearing mice accounted for 3.18% of the total number of cells in the saline group, and this value increased to 3.95%, 5.2%, 6.85% and 15.36% after Cur, PPH@C, Cur + Rg3 and PPH@CR treatment, respectively, indicating nanomicelle PPH@CR could effectively increase the proportion of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells.
