Our obtained data in this study provide insights into different expression profiles associated with stress responses and remodelling processes during hypoxic and normoxic conditions, as alterations in gene expression of c-jun, SOD3, IRE, 5HTR2B, VEGFR2 and collagen7 in fibroblasts from control subjects and COPD patients. Here, SOD3 is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
