Taken together, when tracing back to the reason for acrylamide-induced HF, we recognize that frequent fried food consumption, a way to long-term dietary exposure to acrylamide, can also produce harmful epigenetic changes evoked by DNMT1 in offspring, thereby attracting public concerns about transgenerational inheritance risk of acrylamide-induced HF.
