GOLGA2 and infection: To compare the subcellular localization of the CteG homologs that were delivered into HeLa cells by C. trachomatis to the known localization of CteG at the Golgi (at about 24 h p.i.)and at the plasma membrane (at late infection times such as 46 h p.i.), HeLa cells infected for 24 and 46 h were immunolabelled with antibodies against HA, C. trachomatis MOMP, and the cis-Golgi protein GM130, followed by fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies.
