CD8A and neoplasm: Consistent with reduced tumor regrowth and increased survival, a time-dependent increase (4.7×) in the CD8+/Treg ratio, known to correlate with a favorable outcome [11], was observed upon INT-1B3 treatment compared to PBS and anti-PD1 (Figure 4B) suggesting that INT-1B3 therapy alone induces potent anti-tumor immunity in 4T1 tumors.
