Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) performed using Agilent probe of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A) (p16) on chromosome 9p21 revealed 25.4% (15/59) of homozygous deletion and 49.2% (29/59) of heterozygous deletions, and BAP1-immunohistochemistry revealed nuclear negativity in tumor cells (Table 3, Figure 4).
