PRDM9 and Alzheimer disease: The two samples from AN (AN-s1/s2) and the sample from AB were significantly differently distributed than the rest of the samples, even when excluding the AD individual from the comparison (permutation tests P<1e-4 and P=0.004 respectively, Fig. 3A and Extended Data Fig. 5B and 5C), again consistent with these individuals carrying a different PRDM9 allele.
