SCG2 and Stroke: To the best of our knowledge, it is for the first time verified that (1) significantly elevated serum secretoneurin levels after ICH, in independent correlation with GCS and hematoma volume, are independently predictive of 90-day post-stroke adverse outcome; (2) serum secretoneurin levels had the similar prognostic predictive ability to GCS and hematoma volume under ROC curve; and (3) prognosis prediction model, in which serum secretoneurin levels, GCS and hematoma volume were incorporated, performs efficiently under ROC curve, calibration curve and decision curve.
