TMEM176B and neoplasm: The overexpression of TMEM176B significantly increased tumour growth in both PC9TMEM176Boe (506.96 ± 115.15 mm3, n = 10/10 vs. 97.13 ± 21.78 mm3, n = 10/10; Figure 2I) and A549TMEM176Boe (187.67 ± 39.91 mm3, n = 9/10 vs. 90.94 ± 41.99 mm3, n = 8/10; Figure 2J) cells compared to the empty vector controls.
