Interestingly, a recent publication identified CSNK1A1 as the top hit in a CRISPR-Cas9 kinome-wide screen which enabled re-sensitisation to the anti-androgen, enzalutamide, in a castration-resistant PCa (CRPC) cell line CWR22rv1. This evidence concerns the gene CSNK1A1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
