Additionally, our group described A>I(G) RNA-edited sites associated with drug sensitivity in cell lines, which were also reported in tumor samples from patients with breast cancer, where hyper-editing at a site in the LSR and hypo-editing in SMPDL3B, HTRA4, and LL22NC03-80A10.6 are associated with poor progression of breast cancer, as evaluated through progression-free survival [73].
